• Pakistan: 07 working days
• International : 20 to 25 working days.

Stitched orders:
• Pakistan : 12 to 15 working days
• International : 20 to 25 working days.

1. Any complaint or issue must be submitted within 7 days.
   
2. Due to emergency conditions, weather conditions, or customs holds/delays, Dastoor will not be responsible for shipment delays or losses.
   
3. Any documents required by the customs authorities of the destination country must be provided by the customer.
   
4. Destination duties, customs charges, and taxes will be payable by the consignee/customer. The brand will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance or duty-related issues.
   
5. Two delivery attempts will be made for each shipment. If the customer fails to receive or collect the parcel within 7 days after the delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned or disposed of by the courier company.In Such cases No Chargeback/Refund or claim will be Accepted.
